Why only two tiers?
Because tier-creep is how CMPs pad their pricing. Most competitors run 5+ tiers so they can paywall basic features and quote upmarket against you. Pro includes everything we ship to customers — Google Consent Mode v2, Meta/TikTok/Microsoft pixel consent, the Shopify app, the WordPress plugin, geo-targeted behavior, the full auto-scanner, the API. If we build it, you get it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — and it stays free. Free includes one domain, the full banner, the consent log, Google Consent Mode v2, Meta/TikTok pixel consent, and the on-demand cookie scanner. It carries a 'Powered by Conzentor' link in the banner and is capped at 5,000 consent events per month. No credit card, no time limit.
Are there per-pageview or per-session fees?
No, and there never will be. Cookiebot, OneTrust, and most enterprise CMPs auto-upgrade you when traffic grows. We don't — Pro is flat at €3/mo (or €30/yr) regardless of pageviews. Run 50 sites and 10 million sessions on one account if that's what you need.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal — no penalty, no questions. Cancel any time and the banner keeps working until the period ends.
Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. The DPA is published on this site (no signature required for standard plans). Enterprise customers get a counter-signable DPA and security-review pack on request via sales@conzentor.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record — they handle EU VAT). Enterprise customers can request annual invoiced billing.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions, no exit interview.
How is Conzentor priced compared to Cookiebot or OneTrust?
Pro at €30/year is roughly 90% less than Cookiebot's entry Premium tier (~€90/year for Lite) and a fraction of OneTrust's enterprise pricing. We can do this because we're built on edge infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers + Postgres), not on a legacy monolith. The savings go to you.
