We target 99.9% uptime for the consent script delivery (CDN) and API. We do not guarantee uptime and are not liable for damages arising from downtime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

When you use Conzentor to collect consent from your website visitors, you act as the Data Controller and we act as the Data Processor. Our Data Processing Agreement governs this relationship. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA, etc.).
